1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Great Discount Place (“GDP”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions
(“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Great Discount Place mobile application and website
(“Platform”). By accessing, registering or using our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and
agreed to this Agreement; agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy (which forms an integral part of this
Agreement); and consent to receive communications (including SMS) related to your account and
transactions. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
Great Discount Place is a technology platform that connects users with merchants/partners offering
discounts on products and services. GDP does not own, sell or provide the services listed; all services are
fulfilled directly by merchants/partners. Discounts apply on the final bill (excluding taxes unless specified).
GDP follows a “one deal / one bill” model, including group bookings, and operates as an O2O (Online-to-
Offline) facilitator platform.
3. ELIGIBILITY
- Users must be 18 years or older. GDP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation
of this Agreement.
4. USER ACCOUNT & RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your account, and be responsible for all activities under your account. You must not use a false identity or fraudulent
information, engage in unlawful or abusive conduct, or misuse deals, coupons or platform features.
5. PAYMENTS, PACKAGE DEALS (SUBSCRIPTIONS) & eWALLET
5.1 Pay As You Go
- INR 49 per discount deal fee
- Applicable across all categories
- Valid for individual and group bookings
5.2 Package Deals (Subscriptions)
Upon subscribing, all discount deal fees become FREE for the duration of the package with unlimited usage across all categories and cities.

5.3 Cashback — INR 100 cashback on downloading and registering the app. Cashback has no expiry and can
be used for Package Deals (Subscriptions) or discount deal fees.
5.4 Referral Program — INR 10 cashback per successful referral, with no limit on the number of referrals.
Each friend you refer also receives INR 100 cashback on downloading and registering (the standard new-user
cashback); registration by your friend is enough for you to earn your referral cashback.
5.5 GDP eWallet — can be used for discount deal fees and Package Deals (Subscriptions), and allows instant
transfers between GDP users. eWallet balances and cashback are non-withdrawable and restricted to use
within the GDP ecosystem only.
5.6 Refunds & Cancellation — once your GDP eWallet is topped up, whether for a Package Deal or for
grabbing discount deals, the amount added is non-refundable. eWallet balances remain within the GDP
ecosystem, are not withdrawable as cash, and can be used towards discount deal fees or Package Deals.

6. MERCHANTS/PARTNERS TERMS
Merchants/partners are independent entities responsible for service quality, pricing and honouring
discounts. GDP does not guarantee merchant/partner performance. In case of disputes, users may raise
complaints and GDP may assist, but GDP is not liable for outcomes.
7. DEAL REDEMPTION
Deals must be redeemed at the merchant/partner’s physical location. The user must present the SMS
confirmation and the coupon code. Discounts apply on the final bill (group bookings applicable), excluding
taxes unless specified.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GDP shall not be liable for service quality or disputes with
merchants/partners; personal injury or damages during service usage; or losses arising from platform errors,
downtime, unauthorised access or third-party actions. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
9. PANIC BUTTON FEATURE
Users may register up to 5 emergency contacts. On activation, SMS alerts with GPS location are sent to those
contacts. Users agree to use the feature only in genuine emergencies; GDP is not liable for misuse or
consequences, and the feature is not a substitute for the police or emergency services.
10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users must not post illegal, harmful or offensive content; promote drugs, illegal goods or unlawful services;
engage in fraud or misrepresentation; attempt unauthorised access to systems; or violate any applicable law
in India.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform is owned by GDP. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence.
Any feedback submitted becomes the property of GDP without compensation.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
GDP is not responsible for external websites, third-party content or external privacy practices.
13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
GDP does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify services, suspend access or discontinue
features without prior notice.
14. DATA USAGE
User data is handled as per the Privacy Policy (which is DPDP-compliant) and may be used for service
delivery, communication and, with consent, marketing.
15. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify GDP against any claims, losses and legal costs arising from misuse of the Platform.
16. TERMINATION
GDP may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, for legal compliance, or at its discretion.
17. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. DISCLAIMER
Services are provided “as is”, with no guarantees on accuracy, availability or merchant/partner services.
19. GOVERNING LAW, Arbitration & JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be
referred to and finally resolved by arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra, and the proceedings shall be conducted
in English. Subject to the arbitration, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
